K & A Foods prides itself on superior customer service everyday. We know sometimes things happen that prevent you from enjoying our 3,000 products in the way you intended. We take time to carefully ensure all of our products are in perfect condition from storage to your front door. Here are a few processes we have put in place to guarantee your merchandise remains in impeccable form.
Shipping
K & A Foods have a fleet of 8 HACCP approved dedicated vehicles on the road daily servicing our customers. This fleet is equipped to ensure all products remain in their correct temperatures at all times. K & A Foods does not accept any other form of transportation for our products. If you do choose your own transport K & A Foods accepts no responsibility for the condition of the product once it has left the premises.
K & Foods is open to the public with public customers welcome. Once again due to the nature of our products, K & A Foods does not accept responsibility of any items once they have left the depot.
Orders are shipped 1 - 2 times weekly depending on the locations. Delivery dates follow the Schedule below:

Orders must be placed by 2pm on the day before delivery. K & A Foods cannot guarantee delivery if order is received after this time.
Please note: Delivery days are subject to change. Please call us on 0358832177 to confirm your delivery dates. Public customers are welcome to have their orders delivered to them.
We aim to always keep our delivery costs as low as possible. At present all deliveries will be charged the following amounts. Please ensure you place one order per delivery to avoid being charged twice for delivery.

Returns
www.kafoods.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 1 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. All items are to be in their original condition without tampering and at correct temperature.If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full only if they are faulty. K & A Foods does not accept refund for change of mind or unused products. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of www.kafoods.com.au.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item is damaged or faulty one of our friendly staff will arrange to pick up the item fee of charge for its return. K & A Foods will either replace the item or offer a full refund. Please call our team on 0358832177 once the issue has been identified.
Incorrect choice or change of mind
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and health regulations K & A Foods cannot accept returns for goods due to change of mind or incorrect choice. This also applies to unused goods.
